Rethinking requirements

Black Pear is interested in hearing from people with varying levels of experience but at least 10-years practical business expertise, of which at least 5 years must have involved senior level customer-facing service responsibility - probably in a professional practice, service provider or public authority environment

We expect each consultant to have a minimum 2:1 degree and/or relevant professional qualification.  Equally important is the ability to communicate well with people at all levels in both written and spoken English

Whatever your background, you will undergo a detailed appraisal to ensure that we can work together

Enthusiasm, effort, commitment, contribution to our overall business approach, and proven experience, are very important elements in our selection and development programmes
