Government Act 1999 review requirements

sector organisations

bundling

Recommendations for process improvements to
reduce administrative effort

Proposals to secure more advantage from IT
applications
Black Pear
proposed a series of refinements, which were implemented by the GLA. This
resulted in open tendering of some service contracts and updating of certain
procedures, which have improved efficiency and value-for-money
